| Description |
| Eagle Garapoxy is a two component, no VOC, 100% solids, low odor epoxy coating specially formulated for garage and warehouse floors. This paint is formulated to protect concrete against deicing salts, grease, oil, tire marks, chemical products and others, for residential, commercial and industrial uses. This industrial grade coating is easy to apply, easy to clean and gives exposition showroom look. Eagle Garapoxy is offered in 6 colors either green, blue, yellow, beige, grey or charcoal. |
| Surface Preparation |
All surfaces to be cover shall be structurally sound, clean, dry and free from traces of dust, laitance, oil, grease also be exempt from any trace or presence of acids, concentrated alkalis, chemical cleaning agent or any other material that can reduce adhesion. It is required to degrease concrete surfaces with a good cleaner / degreaser.
All concrete substrates shall be completely cured and at least 28 days old. Concrete substrate must have a humidity level lower than 4% before to apply epoxy.
Ambient, surface and product temperature must be superior to 10ºC (50ºF) lower than 30ºC (95ºF) before the installation and for the first hours. |
| Mixing |
Pour component B in component A container. Carefully mix at a low speed using a drill fit with and agitator.
Mix for 2 to 3 minutes, scraping container walls and agitator to obtain an homogeneous mix. |
| APPLICATION |
Apply immediately with an epoxy paintbrush or roller. |
| Curing |
A second coat can be applied taking care not to exceed 24 hours after first application. Temperature and humidity are critical factors that can vary drying time and can alter gloss and/or color. Garapoxy takes 24 hours of curing for light foot traffic and 7 days for complete cure. Make sure application is dry before to allow light traffic |

| Storage |
Store in a fresh and dry area. Shelf life is 12 months in its original non-open container. |
| Clean up |
Clean tools and hands with warm water and soap while the material is still fresh |
