CR-40 Fiber Roof Coating Condor™
Description
CR40 is an asbestos free fibered coating. It is formulated to waterproof concrete, masonry and roofs and resaturate asphalt and felt roofs. Penetrating oil impregnates in the oxidized asphalt improve the waterproofness and allows to put new gravel. Improves service life of roofs and regenerates deteriorated surfaces. 
Surface Preparation

Do not apply if showers are foreseen.Surfaces must be structurally sound, free of frost, dust, rust, chipped paint, grease, oil and of any loose or deteriorated materials. Previously fill holes, cracks and weak spots with Condor CR-20 and CR-25 Plastic Cement.

Application

To ease application in cold season, keep product in a warm place. Stir well before use. Apply with a squeegee, a brush or a roller.

Clean up
Clean tools and equipment with mineral spirits.

Chemical Resistance

Resistant to water calcium chloride, salt and to lightly acid or alkaline solutions. Is not resistant to oils, greases and solvents.

Restrictions

If used on a roof with a slope of more than 4:12, take necessary precautions to avoid sliding of product until completely dry. If product is applied near a ventillation unit of or an air conditioner, take necessary precautions to avoid solvent infiltration inside. Protect freshly applied product and open container from open flame and adjacent welding activity. For EXTERIOR USE only.

Warranty

The customer shall verify of the suitability of this product for the intended purpose. Applicator’s skill, weather and surface conditions being beyond manufacturer’s control, we limit our liability to replacement of defective material only in sealed container, within 1 year of proof of purchase. Harmful and flammable liquid and vapors

Contains petroleum distillates. May cause dizziness, headache or nausea. May cause nose, throat, eyes and skin irritation. Keep away from heat sources, sparks and flames. Use only with adequate ventilation. Do not breathe vapors. Wear safety glasses and appropriate gloves.

FIRST AID: Eyes : In case of contact, flush immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes and get medical attention immediately; for skin, wash thoroughly with soap and water. If you experience difficulty in breathing, leave the area to obtain fresh air. If difficulties continues, get medical assistance immediately. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting.
